The top: Rectangle body types, use this dress well. The print and the built in waist definition are your friend. Make sure if you layer with the blazer that it isn't too boxy. You're going to want something with a bit of streamlining and construction to it that will create an hourglass-effect.
The bottom: The hem of the dress is pretty narrow. Usually we'd edge you towards more of an a-line or something that has a bit more volume. This works for two reasons: first, you have the waistline seam distinguishing between the top and bottom half, and second, there's a bold print that actually curves for you. Love when there's a little eye-line trickery right?
The rest: The nude shoe is just going to extend the long & lean'ness that is your Rectangle body type. Not super long? Not a problem, that's where the heel comes into play. Boom, height. You can also go with a black d'orsay pump (check out the Closet to shop more options, link below) as well if you want to polish it up a bit. From there, the bag and jewelry (just earrings in this case) are toned-down so you can let the print on that dress have it's day in the sun. No need to overwhelm here, less can be so much more.
The ONE thing you need to know to pull this look off is the previously mentioned note about the blazer. It definitely shouldn't be too boxy on your frame. You have a naturally straight shape that needs some great construction (courtesy of layers and seaming details in this look) to bring out your best. If the blazer swallows you whole, gets too boxy at the hem, or runs to parallel to your column-like silhouette, you're just going to go in the opposite direction of flattering. So, go for something a bit more body-conscious. It doesn't have to be super-snug mind you, some great seaming detail will do.
