I'm veering off the product reviews for a quick minute and coming at you with a life review this time around. I discovered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy about a decade ago and it changed my life. The quick back story is in the video, but I can tell you that these little worksheets called Thought Records have changed the game for me.
Do I still feel anxious? Um, yea, I'm alive in 2017. Do I have tough days and moments? Yes. But I've learned a healthy way to cope when things go south. And while I adore trying the latest skin care and makeup tricks out, I also felt a strong need to "get real" with my readers hence, "life review #1."
While I'm not an expert, I can tell you what worked for dealing with my anxiety. Keyword: "worked." It took daily practice over weeks and months. What works for some may not work for others. If you're up to it, try it out. If you think this sounds ridiculous, cool, no problem, move along.
