Wardrobe Therapy Session #1: How to Let Go

HOW TO LET IT GO

How do you let go of clothing that has been taking up space in your closet for months?

Today the focus is on step 1 of my 3-step process I go through in every Wardrobe Therapy session (learn more about sessions here). This is an incremental part of the process, and also the part that is tied to the most emotion.

It’s hard to let go, whether you’re talking wardrobe or something else in your life. There’s emotion tied to this and we hold on, sometimes longer than we should. We ALL do it, including myself.

But I can honestly tell you, it doesn’t have to be so hard. Actually, you’ll find some fast clarity when you look at the 3 things I mention in this video.
Prepare for a shift in perspective. Prepare to look at how making space allows amazing things to come into both your life AND your closet.

See how I approach the ‘clean-out’ process with my own closet (let alone my clients’) and empower yourself to take the steps you need so YOU can walk into and out of your closet feeling good every, day. It’s very possible, and I’m here to help you do it.
