If you find yourself standing in your closet asking Siri what you should wear out tonight, this one's for you.
Full closet, nothing to wear? Not so much...
WHAT TO DO:
Pull this post up on your phone, head into your closet, scroll through the 22 outfit ideas and I guarantee you will come up with a new way to wear what's hanging in there. If the wardrobe situation is a dire one, then by all means, get in touch.
For the rest of you, get to scrolling!
If you're a hopeless romantic and love a v-neck, go with a soft navy dress.
If you love a wrap dress, a soft hue works. The deep-v is extreme, but hey, it's a date, have fun with it. Just make sure you wear the dress and not the other way around...
Off-the-shoulder is a definite "thing" right now and works for several body types (Apples, stick with v-neck or cowl neck to flatter). Try it back to a pencil or a-line skirt, depending on what you have in that closet of yours.
Again with the off-the-shoulder top, this time with ruffle action. If you a love a ruffle or boho inspired look, have at it.
Sure, plaid isn't dressy, but it's still sexy. If you feel at home in plaid, get strategic with those buttons. If you feel good in it, it will show. Do you.
A black tank with a little detail and legging or skinny jean is always an option. Liven it up with layered bracelets, a colorful clutch or some color on your pout. It doesn't have to be so complicated.
Not feeling fancy? Sometimes there's nothing sexier than a tank top and perfect fitting jeans.
If you aren't hitting up a five start resto but you still want to look on-point, try a bold color and your favorite jeans. You know, the ones that hug your curves in all the right ways.
If temps drop when the sun sets, a sweater dress is an option. Cinch it in at the waist. It's casual but still polished. If this feels like you, go with it.
Hit 'em with some serious color. If you love a saturated moment, go with it. Let the dress kick off the conversation.
Personally, there's nothing like being comfortable in your skin, wearing what you know is so "you" and rocking it out with a glass-half-full perspective. Denim and a wrap front top may just be your best bet depending on venue.
If shorts don't scare you and summer is in full swing, try a crochet top with a black jean and heeled sandals. Keep the bag or go with something more evening centric like an envelope clutch.
You know that long sleeve dress you've been staring at for months? Yea, now is the time to put it to use, as long as you feel confident in it. The last thing you need to worry about is tugging at your dress/shirt/pants, etc.
If you love a high-glam moment, go for it. A bodycon dress with textural details is a classic pick to wear out.
If you are on the more trend-forward side of things, mix up hem lines, textures, and colors.
Easy chambray back to edgy leather. A great combination.
That LBD is called essential for a reason. Grab your workhorse of a dress, and accessorize accordingly.
Again, it doesn't have to be hard. Black tank? Check. Black pant? Check. Black ankle strap sandal? Check. Toss the satchel for a clutch, add a layered necklace, statement or layered rings, done. Oh, and some color on the face whether it's lip or eyes.
If you love an all-white moment and some serious draping, here you go. Pull this off with separates in the same color. Top, skirt, blush bag, done. The heel is where you can play a bit.
Jumpsuit? If you can carry it off, whether it's is a romper or a full leg jumpsuit, by all means, go with it. You could do the same as above and pick like-colored separates to re-create this look.
Go for the gold. If you aren't shy, grab a statement-making pencil skirt (it could just be a print), put your white button-front shirt on top, and throw in a strappy heel.
Black on black. You know it's in your closet. Keep it simple, and add a pop of color with a bag, bracelet, or via cosmetics.
