The writing times and topics are suggestions ONLY. Use them or toss them aside. What's important here is that you create time every day for the next 21 days to write a bit. Remember, this is filter-free writing. No one will read it, including yourself. Let the words flow and if you get stuck, just write anything you can to keep those fingers moving. No judgements, no expectations, no spell check. Just, keep, writing. 

A few optional tips as you go along:

I will be writing along with you and usually write on my laptop, but, if you love hand writing, you can make this special by putting pen to paper in a gorgeous journal. A favorite pen is also something to consider here. I'm pen-obsessed so having the right one on hand is a must.

2.

Creating a ritual around your daily writing for the next 21 days will help you carve out the time all for yourself. Try lighting your favorite candle. It's my favorite thing to do and sets the mood for some serious writing.

3.

Turbo-charge the change. For every day you write, make it a point to find one thing to compliment about yourself and one thing you can compliment about another person. Keep it simple. Share the love.
